Bringing out all the toys today for the strong man/women training!

If you don’t have all the toys, you can still do this workout.

We’ll do this with a partner, or circuit through hard!

IMO, this will be a fun circuit and we’ll give you a few options and tools to choose from.

We’ll do 4 rounds of 6-10 reps on each movement with a partner or as a hurricane circuit:

  • Sand bag front squats or bear hug squats (use kettlebells if you don’t have a sandbag)
  • Kettlebell floor press
  • Pull ups, or rope pull ups (you can do them assisted or weighted if you are strong enough)
  • Ab choice (swing set, TRX, hanging knee raise, sit ups etc..)
  • Sled drag or tire flip (4 tire flips or four trips with the sled per round, if you don’t own a sled or tire, you can do heavy kettlebell swings or wrap a towel through the handle of your kettlebell(s) and drag that)
