  3. Heavy 1 Arm Rows
  4. Ab Choice

SET 2: 30 Work / 20 Rest x 4 Rounds

  1. Bicep Curls (Yes!  But, please use your biceps and not your entire body!)
  2. Push Up Plank or Diamond Push Ups
  3. Side Steps
  4. Sled or Cardio Choice
