"Happy Sunday"
Here’s a good one for home that doesn’t require much! I did one round of this the other day after my workout, using the 32kg bell, and was definitely feeling it.
"15 minute kettlebell blaster"
20 seconds work/10 seconds rest of:
- 1 hand kettlebell swings R/L (swing for 20 seconds rest for 10 then switch hands)
- 1 hand kettlebell high pulls R/L
- kettlebell snatches R/L
Go through this with no rest for 2 straight rounds (5 minutes total or 12 intervals), take 2 minutes rest and repeat this series one to two more times. Make sure to let yourself recover between each series(2 rounds/12 intervals). Keep your form crisp.
