Get some outdoor action!

Jim and I took a trip to the track for this session.  We’ll be including more of this style of training as the weather warms up. 

5 rounds for time of:

20 burpees
100 meter shuttle run
20 kettlebell swings
100 meter overhead carry ( sandbag or two kettlebells)
