35 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest for 5 rounds each of the following supersets.
Superset 1
- Chest press
- Deadlift choice
Superset 2
- Squat choice
- Upper body pull choice
Suerset 3
- Ab choice
- Twist or Bulgarian bag
Gun Show Finisher:
20/10 x 4 rounds
- Curls
- Triceps
