Let’s crank some classic Training Room conditioning.

We haven’t seen this one in a while.

This workout can be modified for home with minimal equipment.

John Reilly informed me that he destroyed some adipose today!

We’ll start with our usual join mobility and 2 round 20/20 circuit warm up.

Check the video section for details on the warm up if you need to.

Set your Gym Boss for 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest.

We’ll do 6 sets of 20/10 at each station: 1 minute rest between each 6 round set

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • battling ropes or mountain climbers
  • Air squat
  • Dumbell push press
  • Kettlebell swing or snatch
  • Rower, jump rope or shuttle run
