This is a great way to get lots of work done in a short period of time.

The Milkman will be bringing the pain this morning after a long nite in AC to watch our freind and client Ryan Vaccaro fight in the Ring of Combat. We’ll have more on that later.

Make sure to be kind to the Milkman, he may be a little tired.

Today’s Classic Conditioning workout consists of 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/ 10 seconds rest at each station.

Complete all 6 rounds before moving on to the next station.

Take a minute rest between each station.

  • Rower or Kettlebell high pulls
  • ropes or mountain climbers
  • kettlebell swings
  • dumbell or barbell push press
  • star jumps
  • slam ball
