Complete 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest ate each station before moving on to the next.  Take 1:30 rest between each station.

  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Kettlebell thruster (switch hands every 20 seconds)
  3. kettlebell high pulls
  4. Med Ball slams ( I know it’s not a kettlebell drill, but It’s one of may favorites)
  5. Kettlebell swings
  6. Burpees
