6 rounds of of Tabata circuit using only one kettlebell.

Go throught this sucker like it's your last workout!

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest for six rounds

Take 1:30 rest after each round

  1. kettlebell swings (you can do 1 or 2 handed)
  2. Mountain climbers
  3. kettlebell high pulls
  4. kettlebell thrusters
  5. kettlebell snatches
  6. Burpees

Alternate R/L on the snatches and thrusters.  For example, do the right arm on round one, left on round 2 etc….Get it?
