It’s not Tabata, but Tabata interval Sprints…

Tabata Interval Couplets
20/10 X 8 sets at each couplet
Rest 1-2 minutes between couplets
Couplet 1
- Jump-pulls
- bullwhip
Couplet 2
- Jump rope, jumping jacks, sprint in place/sanddune or in the gym in Squan
- Slam ball or squat thrusts
Couplet 3
- mountain climbers (high or low impact)
- skaters, lateral steps, or cardio choice
Repeat the circuit!
