It’s not Tabata, but Tabata interval Sprints…

Tabata Interval Couplets

20/10 X 8 sets at each couplet

Rest 1-2 minutes between couplets

Couplet 1

  • Jump-pulls
  • bullwhip

Couplet 2

  • Jump rope, jumping jacks, sprint in place/sanddune or in the gym in Squan
  • Slam ball or squat thrusts

Couplet 3

  • mountain climbers (high or low impact)
  • skaters, lateral steps, or cardio choice

Repeat the circuit!
