6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station

  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Burpees 
  3. Rower 
  4. Air Squats 
  5. Jumping pull ups
  6. Mountain climbers 

Take 1 minute rest between rounds

A few points:
  • Do your burpees with no push up, and do them quickly
  • Keep moving on the rower during the 10 second recovery 
  • Get yourslf to at least pararlell on the air squats. Use a Dynamax ball if you have one 
  • Use full range of motion on the jumpnig pull ups. Extend the arms and trato touch the shoulders to the rings on the jump.
  • Keep the but down on the mountain climbers
