This is my first day back deadlifting in over a year.  I need to get the groove back.

Deadlifts

135×5, 185×5, 205×3, 225×3, 275×3, 315×2

This felt great. 

5 minutes of getups with 36kg’s

Get ups help keep my shoulders healthy. I swear by them and do them 2x/week on strength days.

Tactical pullups with a 30 lb weight vest.

I did 5 pull ups on the minute for 15 minutes for a total of 75.
