Monday is a strength day and we will be slowing things down with ALL body weight movements…

60/30 x 4 rounds of an ALL body weight strength circuit.

As Slow as you can go!
Try to do as few reps a possible without stopping,

Of course we will give several options for each movement and customise it to your needs!
