It is a perfect day to row or run 10,000 meters with a few close friends.
Today’s workout is simple.
We’ll do our joint mobility and circuit warm up.
You can do your 10,000 solo, with a partner or with three people.
You can row, run, or ski erg.
With a partner, complete 10,000 meters in the form of 500 meter intervals or less.
If solo, you will complete 20, 500 meter intervals resting for the amount of time it takes to complete the interval.
