It’s condition day!

We’ll be teaming up for this one, or you can go solo.

Start out with 5 minutes of joint mobility.

If you are training with us in the group today, your warm up will look like this.

20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 3 rounds of:

  • Row/shuttle run
  • Push ups
  • Jumping jacks
  • Body weight squats
You will have your choice of  10,000 meter run,row,or ski today.
You can do this solo, with a partner or a team of 3.
Break it up however you want with your team.
For example, you can row 1,000’s, 750’s, 500’s or whatever makes you happy!
