With the approach of the new year, it’s time to give you guys some new material.
Wednesday is Kettlebell body weight strength day.
This is the ultimate group strength session.
Like all of our workouts, you have complete control over your own intensity.
If you choose the lower reps, then choose more weight for you movements, or choose a more challenging way of doing your body weight movements.
Make sure to use maximum tension on ALL of your movements.
If you are doing this one solo, at home, or in the back yard, you can circuit through all of these movements in a 20-30 minute time frame.
Here at the Training Room, we will be doing each ladder in a 10 minute time period with a 2 minute rest between movements/ladders…
Break down into teams of 3-5
10 minute ladders alternating between you team members.
Rest for 2 minutes between each 10 minute ladder.
Ladder up from 1-5 or 2-10 (your choice) on the following movements.
- Goblet squat
- Push-ups or dips
- Pull-ups or ring-rows
Enjoy!
