Nothing complicated today.

Get loose with some joint mobility.

This morning we warmed up with three rounds of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest of:

  • Row
  • Push up
  • Jumping jacks
  • kettlebell swings

You can partner up, go with a team of three, or go solo for 10k on your choice of modality.

  • Row
  • run
  • bike
  • ski erg

Break it up how ever you want. You can do 1,000’s 500’s, 400’s, 300’s or whatever you feel like today.
