Strength Ladders

3-4 person Ladders
Each exercise is 10 minutes.  Ladder 2/4/6/8/10 (then back to 2) OR 1/2/3/4/5 (them back to 1) continue until the 10 minutes is up!
  • 1 or 2 Kettlebell Jerks
  • Pull-ups
  • 1 or 2 Kettlebell Squats
Finisher 5 minutes
  • 1-5 Burpees, do jumping jacks or light movement as your active recovery
