For those of you who like to train in large groups, this will be a fun session.

This can also be done solo.

Ladders are a great way to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time with out completely burning yourself out.

It is extremely important not to go to complete failure during your strength session…

Ladder workouts are great for this reason.

When done in a group, you will get plenty of recovery between each set.

We will team  up into groups of 3-5 people and perform 3 different movements ladder style for 10 minutes at each one.

  • Pull ups
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Push ups/modified, feet elevated, or ring push ups (advanced)

Complete 10 minutes of ladders 0f 1-5 continuously between your team.

Go from 1-5 and then repeat…

If you cannot do body weight pull ups, you will do feet down ring assisted from 2-10

Beginners can go light on the goblet squats, advanced go heavy.

Do strict push ups, if you cannot go full range with good form, do modified push ups!!

Get as many rounds in ten minutes of good solid reps as you can for each one!!
