Tear it UP Tuesday!

Let’s turn it up and tear it up Tuesday with this cardio challenge that we know you will enjoy.

Here’s the Tuesday challenge…

You can choose from 3 different levels on this one.

If you’ve been with us a while and consider yourself advanced, then go with the more challenging option.

Always remember that you can go at your pace, but ALSO remember that you get out of what you put in.

Level 1: 6 rounds

Level 2: 8 rounds (most of us)

Level 3: 10 rounds

Tuesday Training Room challenge

After a nice warm-up….

Pick a level.

Get through level 1, 2 or 3 as fast as possible without compromising technique on any exercise.

  • 250 meter row, Ski or Run or 500 meter bike
  • 20 body weight, drop squats, or squat jumps
  • 15 Mountain climbers (other options here)
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls
  • 5 Burpees, squat thrusts or slams
