Saturday is a conditioning focus and we’ve got super efficient AMRAP triplets lined up for you!
Let’s GO!
Each triplet (3 exercises) will be done for 10 minutes.
Get as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in that time period.
Triplet 1
- Bike 10 calories
- 10 Knees to chest
- 10 Jump pulls or high pulls
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 2
- 10 calories row
- 10 squat thrusts or slam
- 10 lateral steps
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 3
- 10 calories ski
- 10 box step ups
- 10 Bulgarian bag or twists
