Here are your ten minute triplets…

Triplet 1 (10 reps/cals at a shot)
  • Ten calories ski or squat thrusts
  • High pulls
  • 10 squat press
Triplet 2 (10 reps/cals)
  • Rower
  • knees to chest (floor, hanging or sliding)
  • Med ball twist or Bulgarian bag swings
Triplet 3 (10 reps/cals)
  • Bike
  • step ups
  • 1/2 burpee or push ups
