Here are your ten minute triplets…
Triplet 1 (10 reps/cals at a shot)
- Ten calories ski or squat thrusts
- High pulls
- 10 squat press
Triplet 2 (10 reps/cals)
- knees to chest (floor, hanging or sliding)
- Med ball twist or Bulgarian bag swings
Triplet 3 (10 reps/cals)
- step ups
- 1/2 burpee or push ups
