- 10 calories on the bike
Challenge 2 (AMRAP in 10 minutes)
- 20 swings
- 15/15 twist or Bulgarian bag
- 10 calories on the ski erg
Challenge 3 (AMRAP in 10 minutes)
- 20 push press or shoulder taps
- 15 ab choice
- 10 calories rower
