We have 3 ten minute challenges for you on Tuesday.

Did you ever wonder why we break them down into 3’s instead of doing one big 30 minute challenge?

Well…
It’s not only our goal to get you in top shape, we also DO NOT want to injure you by putting you into complete muscle fatigue and having your form compromised.

It’s called being staying fresh and being smart!

Here’s what we’ve got…

3 ten minute challenges

Challenge 1

  • row 10 calories
  • 10 squat thrusts
  • 10 knees to chest

Rest 2 Minutes

Challenge 2

  • Ski 10 calories
  • kettlebell high pulls 10
  • Twists 10/10 or grave diggers (mace)

Rest 2 minutes

Challenge 3

  • Bike
  • Step-ups
  • Ball Slam, sledge hits or mace swings
