Ten Minute Strength Couplets

Friday is a strength focus with ten minute strength couplets on the fitness menu.

This session will consist of 2 couplets that are pure strength and 1 that will be a combination of some ab work with short bouts of conditioning.

Each of these couplets will be performed as a ten minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible with great technique).

You will take a 2 minute rest between each 10 minute couplet.

Couplet 1

  • Cleans 5/5 (1 or 2 kettlebells) or single leg deadlift 5/5
  • Press 5/5

Couplet 2

  • Squat choice (1 or 2 kettlebells)
  • Row choice (1 or 2 kettlebells)

Couplet 3

  • Ab choice 5-10 reps depending on what you choose)
  • Cardio choice (10 calories)
