To start off your weekend, we’ve got a nice challenge for you.
For those of you who do not have a rower, we will give you another option.
Do your 5 minute joint mobility routine and then move on to your warm up.
If you are rowing today, you will do three rounds of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest solo or with your partner of:
- push up
- jumping jacks
Then you will get on the erg, set it up for 10,000 meters and row.
Now, you can go solo, partner up or team up with three people on this. Row whatever intervals you want until you have completed 10,000 meters.
Blow it out!
For those with do not have a rower and want to get a good one in, do this:
30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes:
- Kettlebell swings
- burpees or jumping jacks or jump rope
Put on some good tunes, get in the zone and go!!
