Start with an 800 meter row or run
Then complete 10 rounds of the following
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 jumping pull ups or regular pull ups
- 10 burpees
Finish with an 800 meter row or run
The row or run is the bread, the 300 reps are the meat!
