20,15,10,5 reps as fast a possible
- Rower (meters) 500,400,300,200 and Situps 20,15,10,5
- swings and burpees
- Jumping pullups and thrusters
Go back and forth between both movments of each couplet.
This should take care of all those borritos you throw down today!
