Here’s the cardio circuit you’re looking for on Saturday!

We’re rapping up this long holiday weekend with a fun cardio circuit…

Your intervals for each round look like this:

  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15
  5. 20/10

Take a 1 minute rest between circuits

We will be spread out both inside and out in the courtyard.

Here’s the circuit…

  • Slam ball (inside)
  • Bike
  • Skater or lateral step
  • Run or jump rope
  • Ski or squat thrust
  • Versa climb or jumping jacks
