Here’s the cardio circuit you’re looking for on Saturday!
We’re rapping up this long holiday weekend with a fun cardio circuit…
Your intervals for each round look like this:
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
- 20/10
Take a 1 minute rest between circuits
We will be spread out both inside and out in the courtyard.
Here’s the circuit…
- Slam ball (inside)
- Bike
- Skater or lateral step
- Run or jump rope
- Ski or squat thrust
- Versa climb or jumping jacks
