You can move fast or slow on Thursday at The Training Room.

Pick and choose your movement option in the 8 station circuit.

Here are your work/rest intervals per round…

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10 x 2

Here are your movment options for each station of the 8 station circuit:

Slow or fast movements (you choose)

  • Jump pull, high pull or ring row
  • Medicine ball slam, battle ropes or Inertia Wave
  • Lateral steps, skaters or agility ladder
  • Body weight squat or goblet, drop squat or jump squat
  • Mountain climb, crawl or plank
  • Jump rope, jumping jacks, run or march in place (sand dune)
  • Med ball twist (standing or seated) or Bulgarian bag swing
  • Bike or ski erg

We will rest for 1 minute between each round.
