Use one kettlebell for this

Do 50, 40 or 30 reps one time through of:
  1. Box jumps or air squats
  2. Jumping pull ups 
  3. kettlebell swings 
  4. mountain climbers 
  5. walking lunge with your kettlebell 
  6. Sit ups 
  7. kettlebell thrusters 
  8. Burpees 

Get through this as quickly as possible using good form!
