Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next

If you're a beginner, you can split up the reps between movements.

Use one kettlebell for this workout

  1. 100 kettlebell swings
  2. 100 push presses or jerks 50r/50l
  3. 100 yard walking lunge (hold your kettlebell)
  4. 100 body weight (ring) rows (fist to chest)
