We”ll start out with some joint mobility and a two round kettlebell warm up.
Here”s the challenge:
Advanced women will use a 16kg bell and advanced men will use a 24kg.
Do the following one time through for time:
- 25 v-sits
- 25/25 kettlebell snatch (advanced will complete the 25 on one side before moving on to the other)
- 25 push ups (chest to the floor)
- 50 kettlebell swings
- 50 squat thrusts
- 25/25 clean and press (finish one side before moving to the other)
- 50 mountain climbers each leg
