We’ll warm things up with a two round circuit warm up.
Here’s your challenge.
Do 6 rounds of the following movements as fast as possible with out sacrificing technique.
- 10 calories on the rower, airdyne bike, or ski, or 10 shuttle runs
- 5/5 kettlebell snatch
- 10 burpees
- 10 kettlebell high pulls or 5/5 cleans
- 10 thrusters or 5/5 racked thrusters
- 10 v-sits
