Today we will revisit out D Dog Kettlebell Strength/Conditioning Circuit.
The D Dog calls for 4 rounds of intervals of 1 minute of work with a 30 second rest between.
We will first warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up…
- Two handed kettlebell swings 10/ second round 4/4 hand to hand swings
- Push ups 10/ second round 8
- kettlebell high pulls 10 / cleans 4/4
- press 5 /presses 4/4
- squat 5 / second round split squat 4/4
- thruster 5
- one arm row 5/5 / second round 4/4
- jumping jacks 15 / jumping jacks 15
- bicycles 15 / jumping jacks 15
D Dog Circuit: 1 minute work/ 30 seconds rest non-stop for 4 rounds
- Kettlebell hand to hand swings
- Kettlebell jerks or push presses (switch hands on the 30 second mark)
- Kettlebell split squats (switch in the 30 second mark)
- Kettlebell one arm rows or one arm ring rows (switch hands on the 30 second mark)
- plank, walkouts, or power wheel walks
