Today's workout (20 minutes)

I did my workout in the weight room at Freehold High School today and the heaviest bell I had access to was a 24kg.

Here's what I did:

On the 2 minute mark for 20 minutes.
  • 5/5 strict one arm presses
  • 5 pull ups 

Total presses=100

Total pullups=50

Felt great! Could have kept going. 

A rare occasion. Cat and Megs snuggling.
