30, 20, 10 reps as fast as possible!
Use good technique.
Lock out the elbow all the way on your snatches. The kettlebell should be over your head at lock out, not in front of it!
For those of you who forget, YES, a burpee is done with a push up and a jump.
Here's the sequence of events.
Our Top Five
- kettlebell swings
- mountain climbers
- kettlebell snatches
- rower (calories)
Do 30 reps of each, then 20, then 10. Break up the snatches left and right.
We may have to put an ocean swim on the weekly schedule. We'll mix it up with burpees and maybe a 5 minute snatch test.
