10 Minute Couplets

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest at each couplet for 10 minutes.  Alternate the movements.

  1. Wall ball and Jumping pull ups
  2. Rower and slamball
  3. Kettlebell swings and burpees

Take 1 minute rest between couplets.
