Single or Double Perimeter of Pleasure

Hey Training Room family, we’ll kick off the week with the classic perimeter of pleasure.

Tuesday is strength conditioning hybrid day at The Training Room and we plan on being outside so hopefully the weather will behave.

You will have the option of using 1 or 2 kettlebells for the perimeter of pleasure!

In Manasquan, we will set this up around the block or on the bike path.
In Avon, we will walk around the building through the “Lane of Pain” AKA pleasure.

Here’s what it will look like.

Use Any carry (farmer,racked,overhead etc..) you want during this workout…

  • Carry your your bell or bells
  • 5/5 split squats or squat choice
  • Any carry
  • 5/5 press
  • Any carry
  • 10 ab choice
  • Any carry
  • 5/5 single leg deadlift
  • Any carry
  • 5 walkouts or 5/5 push-up plank
  • Any carry
  • 5/5 rows, renegade rows if you’re using doubles, or pull-ups

Perform the perimeter for 30 minutes and see how many laps you can get.
