Today's workout was a classic!

I actually wanted to video tape this due to the amount of people present in class today(25+ people).  

I though I was taping, but the camera was off the whole time.

Whoops!

  • Jumping pull ups
  • Fire Hose whips (we had three going at the same time) 
  • Kettlebell swings  
  • Rower 
  • Burpees  
  • Dumbell push press
