Today's workout was a classic!
I actually wanted to video tape this due to the amount of people present in class today(25+ people).
I though I was taping, but the camera was off the whole time.
Whoops!
40/20 for 6 rounds: 1:30 rest between rounds
- Jumping pull ups
- Fire Hose whips (we had three going at the same time)
- Kettlebell swings
- Rower
- Burpees
- Dumbell push press
