Due to the crappy weather, we changed today’s workout.

Today we will be inside doing partner intervals.

Sorry about the confusion.

If you already did the 20 rep challenge, you will do this workout on Saturday.

If you’re going solo, you will rest for the amount of time that you work.

We will give you the choice of several training modalities.

If you’re coming into The Training Room today, you can give the Versa-climber a spin.

Otherwise, you can either run, row, ski, or bike the following intervals:

  • 4 x 250 meters
  • 3 x 500 meters
  • 2 x 750 meters
