- body weight squat
- push up
- kettlebell swing
- jumping jacks or jump rope
- Air dyne or step up
- Ski erg or squat thrust
Get through this as fast as possible…
- Rower 50 cals
- 50 swings
- 50 cals ski erg or 50 squat thrusts
- 50 jumping pull ups or pull ups
- 50 cals air dyne bike or 50/50 step-ups
- 50 power knees to chest
