20 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 2 rounds of the following movements.

  • ring row
  • body weight squat
  • push up
  • kettlebell swing
  • jumping jacks or jump rope
  • Air dyne or step up
  • Ski erg or squat thrust

Get through this as fast as possible…

  • Rower 50 cals
  • 50 swings
  • 50 cals ski erg  or 50 squat thrusts
  • 50 jumping pull ups or pull ups
  • 50 cals air dyne bike or 50/50 step-ups
  • 50 power knees to chest
