Challenge day is upon us.

Don’t be afraid, we have an option for everyone today.

We will warm up with a two round circuit similar to this one…

Today’s challenge is to complete 100 kettlebell snatches and 100 burpees

Here are your options, and the Milkman explains all of them in the video below.

Beginner option:

Complete 100 kettlebell snatches, snatch pulls or swings and 100 burpees or squat thrusts any way you want.

For example, you can do a set of 10 snatches and a set of 10 burpees for 10 sets.

We will also give you the option of row, ski or air dyne 100 calories and 100 burpees.

Intermediate-advanced option

Complete 100 snatches, then complete 100 burpees ( finish one before moving on to the next)

Super duper Advanced option

Complete your 100 kettlebell snatches, complete 100 burpees, finish with 100 calories on the rower, airdyne bike or ski erg.
