Happy Thursday!

Just to let you know, we will be starting up another 8 weeks of Kids Fitness.

Classes will start April 8 and will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6 PM in Point Pleasant Beach.

We’ll be focusing on all body weight conditioning today.

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 4 rounds of the following couplets

Finish 4 rounds of each couplet, rest 2 minutes then move on to the next one.

Couplet 1

  • Skaters or lateral step overs or cross over lunges
  • Mountain climbers or bear crawls (forward and back ward)
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 2
  • sprint in place or jump rope
  • surfer jumps or drop squats, deck squats or body weight squats
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 3
  • Air Dyne sprints or jumping jacks
  • Ski erg or shuttle run
