It’s challenge day…

We’ll warm things up with a two round circuit warm up.

Here’s your challenge.

Do 6 rounds of the following movements as fast as possible with out sacrificing technique.

  • 10 calories on the  rower, airdyne bike, or ski, or 10 shuttle runs
  • 5/5 kettlebell snatch
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls or 5/5 cleans
  • 10 thrusters or 5/5 racked thrusters
  • 10 v-sits
