Here’s the perfect strength and conditioning session that will help you ease into things.

We will warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

You will do 10 rounds of the following movements.

15 seconds work/15 seconds rest

Go through all the single sided movements and complete them all on one side.

Then on the next round do the other side.

Here is the circuit…

10 rounds, alternate sides with each round.

  • Kettlebell snatch
  • Kettlebell Jerk or push press
  • Kettlebell split squat
  • Kettlebell one arm row or single arm body weight row
  • Choice of abdominal ( walkouts, rollouts, hanging knee raise)
