Next weeks Avon classes will be held outdoors in Long Branch next to Envision Gym and across from Seven Presidents  Park

We hope you will join us and bring a friend.

Today we will be working all body weight.

Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

Then, get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of the following body weight options.

  • 10 pull-ups or rows
  • 10 down dog presses (any variation)
  • 10 leg curls (swing set or Power Wheel)
  • 10 prison squats, prison squat  jumps
  • deck squats, or deck squats with a jump
  • 10 abs (your choice)

Let us know how many rounds you got and what options you chose.
