Today we’ll be focusing on strength.

We’ll be doing two different 10 minute couplets with one or two kettlebells and your body weight.

Warm up with kettlebell warm up.

Couplet 1

For 10 minutes alternate between movements doing a ladder of 1-5 or 2-10 of the following:

Get as many ladders as you can in 10 mnutes

  • Double or single kettlebell swings
  • Pistols or assisted pistols

Couplet 2

For 10 minutes alternate between movements doing a ladder of 1-5 or 2-10 of the following:

Get as many ladders as you can in 10 minutes

  • Pull up variations
  • push up variations

You will finish up with a 1 mile partner sand bag carry!

Take turns carrying the back with your partner.

Or, we will push the Prowler!
