We’re doing 8 rounds of 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest non-stop on the GymBoss Timer.
- Kettlebell swings
- Burpees
- Rower
Have fun with this one!
Dont use the rower as rest!
Keep the pace consistant on the rower, try to do the same amount of burpees with each round.
I’ll put up a video later.
