Thursday is a challenge day…
Here’s The Triplet Challenge
10 minutes at each triplet (10 exercises)
Get through as many rounds as you can and then rest for 2 minutes before moving to the next one.
Triplet 1
- 20 step ups
- 15 twists or mace swings/grave diggers 15/15
- 10 calories on the bike
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 2
- 20 kettlebell swings or body weight squats
- 15 mountain Climbers
- 10 calories row
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 3
- 20 slam ball sledge hits or squat thrusts
- 15 crab toe touches or knees to chest
- 10 calories on the ski erg
Rest 2 minutes
Stretch!
